South Russian tarantula

The back of the spider is bright red and decorated with four black spots, which makes black fatheads look like ladybugs.

For humans, this type of spider does not pose a serious danger. The consequences of a bite of a black eresus for a healthy person are pain and swelling at the site of the bite.

Heyracantium

Representatives of this species are also called yellow-bag piercing spiders, bag spiders, yellow sacs or bag spiders. They got their name from the habit of attaching cocoons with eggs to tall grass stalks.

Cheyracantiums are small in size. Their body length does not exceed 1,5 cm. This species is known for its aggressiveness and often bites people. Their venom is not fatal, but in a healthy adult it can cause the following symptoms:

  • nausea;
  • headache;
  • fever.

Karakurt

Karakurt belongs to the genus of the infamous black widows. The length of its body does not exceed 3 cm. A distinctive feature of this species is the presence of 13 red spots on the abdomen.

This type of spider is one of the most dangerous in the world. In the event of a bite from this species of spider, you should immediately seek medical attention. The consequences of a karakurt bite can be:

  • muscle contraction;
  • dyspnea;
  • increased heart rate;
  • dizziness;
  • tremor;
  • vomiting;
  • bronchospasm;

Most spiders living in Russia do not pose a serious threat to people, moreover, these eight-legged neighbors rarely show aggression and bite only in self-defense. Therefore, representatives of this order of arthropods cannot be considered enemies of man. And the benefits that they bring, destroying a huge number of harmful insects, can hardly be overestimated.
